service, face to face and over the phone, is super energetic, and positively impact the business. This person will help us deliver on the promise of Health and Fitness.

Main responsibilities:

  • Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital forms.
  • Excellent face to face client services skills and professional phone manner.
  • Greeting visitors at the reception and dealing with queries over the phone and via email.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, bookings and typing letters and reports.
  • Keeping our digital gym records up to date, printing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies. Keeping the office systems and computers clean.
  • Working with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments, e.g., finance and hr
  • Every 30 minutes cleaning checks to be conducted around the changing room and gym
  • Dealing with membership inquiries and complaints
  • Organising class layouts when fully booked
  • Stock checks, updating class timetables using Club Manager
  • Scanning and sending off invoices and dealing with direct debit merchant
  • Any reasonable work-related requests from the management
