abs blast

Tone your front, lower back and sides giving you a complete abdominal workout.

Aerobics

Variety of structured movements that raise your heart rate and get blood and oxygen flowing more quickly.

Bollywood spin

Bollywood film inspired spin class has a unique and energetic style that burns calories and keeps you in shape.

Boxercise

Get fit and enhance muscle definition with different punches and movement using focus pads.

Burn

High intensity interval training adding equipment to the mix. Designed to burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time.

Cardio Blast

Tone and shape your body. Get your heartbeat on the right track. You will feel satisfied after this workout!

Circuit

A series of body conditioning and resistance exercises in short bursts. Great for all fitness levels.

Fit Ball

A great functional training class. Improve your core strength and balance with exercises using a stability ball. (done)

Insanity

Max interval training has you work as hard as you can for 3-minute intervals, with 30-second rest periods.

LBT

Specifically targets Legs, Bums & Tums to make you ladies look fantastic!

Pilates

Emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness.

Power Walk

Walking with a speed at the upper end of the natural range for the walking gait,fast walking around Lister Park

Pump

Fast-paced barbell class working for every muscle group. Continue to burn calories even after leaving the studio.

Running Club

Whether you are a complete novice or a seasoned runner we are there to support you. Running or power walking in the beautiful Lister Park.

Spin

Pedal your way to a stronger, leaner body. Burn fat & calories with this high intensity, low impact, fun workout.

Tone And Tighten

Creates muscles that are toned and lengthened, not big and bulky. Tightens your butt, tones your legs, defines your upper body and creates stronger abs.

Step HIIT

A fun full-body cardio and strength workout using an aerobic step.

Yoga

Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress.

Mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

BOLLYWOOD SPIN

A unique and energetic spin class with Bollywood music. This is a great cardio workout combining hill climbs, press ups and sprints that will get your blood flowing, increase your stamina and improve your strength whilst also boosting your mood.

COMPLETE CORE

A variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles. Building a strong core is great for injury prevention, reduction of back pain, improved lifting mechanics, balance, stability, and posture, as well as improved athletic performance.

CIRCUIT

Keep things interesting and fire up those muscles with a variety of body conditioning and resistance exercises performed at different stations in intervals

FIT BALL

LBT

Build muscle and tone up specifically targeting your legs, bum and stomach.

PUMP

A fast paced barbell workout that will improve strength and bone health whilst leaving you looking
toned and feeling fit.

PILATES

Modern pilates combined with Joseph pilates for a full mind and body workout.

A high intensity group cycling class. This is a great cardio workout combining hill climbs, press ups and
sprints that will get your blood flowing, increase your stamina and improve your strength whilst also boosting your mood.

A high intensity class combining cardio with weights to really boost your fitness

Bootcamp

Challenge yourself with intense exercises such as tyre flips, battle ropes and ladder runs to name a few. Increase your muscular endurance and cardiovascular strength with this fun class that will
keep you burning calories for longer.

Combat
