Inspired by military-style training, bootcamp classes are designed to challenge participants both physically and mentally, often using minimal equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.
Pushing through physical discomfort and fatigue, maintaining proper form and technique during intense exercises, adapting to the fast-paced and varied nature of the workout, overcoming mental barriers and self-doubt, staying motivated and focused throughout the session, and effectively managing individual fitness levels and goals within a group setting.
