We are a ladies only gym based in the heart of Bradford. We provide a comfortable and supportive
environment for women of all ages and fitness levels to work towards their health and fitness goals. Our facility
is equipped with state of the art equipment and our experienced trainers are dedicated to helping you reach
your full potential. You can also come along and relax in our Sauna all included in your
membership.
We understand that every ladies fitness journey is unique and we strive to provide personalised attention to

Saturday – Sunday Morning Classes: From 9am.
Members will now be able to book the next day’s classes from 5pm every day

As of the 12th April 2021, the national closures of indoor gyms has officially been lifted and Listers Health is once again Open!
Please note that Indoor group exercise classes will not be allowed until at least 17 May.

Striving for greatness, Hannah ensures the health and happiness of staff and members are prioritised. New to this role, Hannah is using her knowledge and experience in both fitness and customer service to ensure your expectations at Listers Health are exceeded.
Kiran
Kiran has been teaching classes for over 5 years, who stemmed from a passion of dance and Zumba.
Irina
Irina thrives and strives for members to feel more centred and energised so that they can follow through with their ideas and reach their ultimate goals.
Heena
Heena is our bubbly and outgoing administrator. Ready to assist and advise you on any queries you may have.
Faz
Fazz has amassed a following with her legendary status and has helped countless women collectively lose 100s KG in weight.
Mayar
Fiery new addition to our team. Prepare yourself for her intense and motivating classes. Get ready to find your ultimate strengths.
Abi
