Welcome to Listers Health
Based in the heart of Bradford, we are a women’s only gym which allows ladies to enjoy a female only environment, where they can let their hair down, something that was long desired in Bradford. Furthermore, here at Listers Health our vision is to tailor our services for women only with an emphasis on their particular fitness needs such as classes and various other services that the lady folk hold ever so dear.

Weight Blast
Body toning and muscle building exercises using a variety of kettlebells, barbells and dumbells.
Circuit
Body conditioning and resistance training, working your body with different exercises. Increases strength and burns lots of calories.

Improve your strength, power and body awareness. Launch punches in boxing style stations and land blows using focus pads.
