If you lack motivation to train on your own then you could book one of over 30 group exercise classes.

We have a wide range of classes with a variety of instructors so there is something for everyone. From the more steady pace of a yoga or pilates class to some serious high-intensity classes such as Combat or Zumba Strong. We strive to accommodate all our member’s wants and needs.
