In accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 governing the fair use of customer data and your right to request a data deletion, Listers Health will be responsible for completely deleting a user’s data within ninety (90) days of such a request being raised with Listers Health, as outlined below.
Listers Health will delete account data at the request of a customer at any time. Additionally, Listers Health will delete account data following termination of your Listers Health account, in accordance with our data retention policies. In order to request data deletion, you must send us an email at info@listershealth.co.uk from your registered email address with the request.
Upon receipt of the request, our team will confirm that the request has been received, and may reach out for additional confirmation, as necessary, to verify the validity of the request.
Where we are required to retain certain data for legitimate reasons — such as legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations — we will inform you, and that data will be kept only for as long as necessary before being securely deleted.
Please be advised that once your Listers Health account data has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
