At Listers Health, we’re always looking for ways to improve your experience — not just on the gym floor, but in every part of the gym. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working behind the scenes on a full transformation of our changing facilities, and we’re excited to finally share what’s new.
This wasn’t just a quick refresh. It was a complete upgrade designed to create a cleaner, brighter and more comfortable space for every member.
A Complete Redecoration Throughout
We’ve fully repainted the entire changing area, including:
- Changing rooms
- Shower area
- Hair drying area
- Toilets
- Prayer room
Walls, lockers, skirting boards and doors have all been refreshed, giving the whole space a modern, clean finish. The result is a lighter, more welcoming environment from the moment you walk in.
Smarter Layout, Better Flow
To improve space and movement, we’ve made key structural changes:
- Removed one full set of lockers to open up the area
- Knocked down the original cloakroom and rebuilt it next to the changing cubicles for better accessibility
- Installed a brand-new raised platform for the hair drying station
These changes allow for a more practical layout, giving members more room and a smoother experience during busy times.
Brand-New Shower & Vanity Upgrades
We’ve completely upgraded the shower and vanity areas with:
- New showers and rails
- A newly installed dual sink unit with modern taps
- New mirrors and floating shelves
- A redesigned vanity area
- New curtains and updated fixtures throughout
Every detail has been chosen to improve both comfort and functionality.
More Comfort, More Convenience
We’ve also added thoughtful touches to enhance your visit:
- New hooks and rails in the changing rooms
- New seating throughout
- Increased lighting for a brighter, safer space
- New flooring across the area
- Revamped notice boards and updated signage
- A brand-new filtered water machine
- A dedicated selfie area with LED lighting
Whether you’re getting ready before a workout or winding down afterwards, the space now feels more premium, organised and comfortable.
